Grenache from Chapoutier's central Landsborough Valley, and Shay's flat vineyard. Two thirds direct pressed for rosé, one third bunchy red(ish) from Shay's Flat. Aged on lees in mature oak. Inspired by the many darker examples of rosé from around the globe.
