Shipping policy

During regular periods, orders are shipped twice weekly from our warehouse and are generally delivered within 3 - 7 working days. As we are located in a regional area, shipping times may vary depending on your location and additional time may be required for the delivery of your order. Please note, during busy periods such as vintage, shipping may be reduced to once weekly and additional time may be required for the dispatching of your order. 

During periods of extended high temperatures in local and/or delivery areas, we may delay the shipping of your order to protect the quality of the wine. In such cases, orders will be held and shipped once the temperature drops below an acceptable threshold. We will notify you of any shipping delays and will work to ensure your wine reaches you safely. Your patience is greatly appreciated during these times, as we prioritise both the quality of our product and the satisfaction of our customers.
