2024 Chardonnay

Textural Chardonnay. Planted in the 1980's in the quartz rich soils of Moonambel, in the Victorian Pyrenees. Not enough white grape varieties are planted in the Pyrenees.. This blend is predominately from the 2024 vintage but does have a barrel from 2023 in the mix (20%) adding extra depth and complexity. Untopped to bring out that saline, savoury, mealiness only chardonnay can provide.
