2023 Nemo Rosé

Proper rosé. Freshly squeezed Syrah grapes, hand picked from Chapoutier's most southern Pyrenees Vineyards. Barrel aged, full natural malolactic fermentation, full lees, full flavour.  Savoury, elegant, moreish. Dry, age worthy, food friendly rosé. No chill, no worries.

"Orange-pink hues too look at, suggestion of such in scents and flavours; dried cherry and cranberry, white strawberry, persimmon, cumquat and, a little nutty savouriness. Soft in a way, a little puff of talc-like chomp in there, a fresh, bright then gently wheaty-nutty finish. Charming stuff, does feel proper, and proper good." MIKE BENNIE
